Vante App

Discord bots built for your server: protection, registration, statistics and more. Six bots, one subscription and one dashboard to run them all.

Vante App is a set of Discord bots for running a community server, plus the dashboard at dash.vante.app where server owners manage all of them. Each bot handles one area — Essence for registration and roles, Voucher for vouchers and rewards, Security for protection and punishments, Gatekeeper for join verification, Mainframe for statistics and leaderboards — and every one of them is configured from the same place.

What it does

Protection

  • Antinuke guard that punishes unauthorized deletions and permission changes, then reverts them from live snapshots
  • Raid protection, a whitelist with per-action flags and daily limits, and daily server checkpoints to restore from
  • Automod with strikes before action

Moderation

  • Thirteen punishment types, from warnings and timeouts to role-based mutes and quarantine, with numbered cases
  • Temporary punishments that expire on time, even across restarts, and are re-applied if someone rejoins
  • Appeals and ban requests reviewed from Discord or from the dashboard

Community

  • Registration, referral codes, tickets, giveaways, role menus and teams
  • An economy with daily rewards, a metal market, a shop, casino games and chat games
  • Activity statistics, levels and leaderboards rendered as image cards

The dashboard

  • Every setting for every bot in one place, with a quick setup flow for new servers
  • Live statistics, server logs with 90 days of history, deleted messages and moderation cases
  • Turkish and English, passkey sign-in, and per-member access levels for staff

How it's built

The bots live in a Bun monorepo: a small framework of my own with file-based routing for commands, buttons and modals; features packaged as plugins; and Postgres through Drizzle, with Redis for caching and cross-process updates. Each deployment exposes a tRPC API, and the Next.js dashboard talks to it through one typed contract that is validated on both ends. The same dashboard also drives priw, a single-bot version for smaller communities where features are switched on and off as modules.

I wrote about the design in detail in How I Structure My Discord Bots and Their Dashboard, and about the database layer in Why I Moved From Prisma to Drizzle.

Role & Responsibilities

I designed and built the whole system on my own: the bot framework and every bot on top of it, the database schema, the API, the dashboard, and the deployment tooling that sets up and updates a server with a single command.
